Write for TnHunting.Com

Are you an aspiring writer looking for a place to publish one of your stories? An accomplished writer looking to increase your readership? Or do you simply like to tell stories about your hunting experiences and share your knowledge? If so, you may be who we're looking for!

REQUIREMENTS
TnHunting.Com is looking for a few columnists who can pen articulate, interesting and informing articles about Tennessee's great outdoor sports. There are no requirements as far as prior writing experience. However, prospective columnists should have a good grasp of grammar and excellent spelling skills, as well as an ability to compel and entertain the reader.

Articles written by TnHunting.Com's contributing columnists remain their own; TnHunting.Com exercises no ownership over those articles. In other words, writers who publish their work on TnHunting.Com may publish those stories in another publication at a later date. We do not require that articles submitted to TnHunting.Com be unpublished works (though unpublished work or work that has not appeared in a publication in the Tennessee or online markets will certainly be given top priority!). We do respectfully request that stories submitted to TnHunting.Com not be published elsewhere for at least three months after appearing on our website.

REIMBURSEMENT
TnHunting.Com has a partnership with Google.Com's AdSense program. AdSense earnings (which are earned when a visitor to the website "clicks thru" on an ad) are tabulated for each page of the website, and are calculated for each individual columnist. Columnists receive 75% of the AdSense revenue generated by each page their stories appear on. Writers familiar with similar freelance writing programs on the Internet, such as Suite101.Com and Helium.Com, know that this is an extremely generous figure.

How much can your stories earn? There's no way to know an exact figure. The more popular your stories are, which will depend in part on future growth of the TnHunting.Com website, ultimately determines how much revenue your stories can earn. In any event, it isn't a great deal of money; you aren't going to be able to quit your day job tomorrow, but as we all know, some cash is better than no cash.

Earnings are paid to the columnist by Garrett Multimedia, which publishes TnHunting.Com, once those earnings surpass $10.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT . . .
We cannot guarantee that any one story will be published on TnHunting.Com. We review each prospective columnist and each prospective story, and reserve the right to reject any story that does not meet the quality standards of TnHunting.Com. We also reserve the right to edit any story for clarity, grammar or length before it appears on TnHunting.Com.

Sound interesting? Submit copies of your previous work, or a short writing sample if you have no previous published work, by emailing us! Please contact us with any questions you may have.
