He makes his living in the timber industry, specializing in Forestry Management. By working in the woods and with an ever watchful eye geared toward the outdoor sports, landowners, sportsmen and wildlife all have something to gain from him.
Richard has succssfully hunted from Northen Quebec to Florida and as far west as Wyoming for everything from Caribou to Osceolas, to Whitetails to Mule deer to Antelope, to wild boar, but his one real love is hunting spring gobblers. It doesnt matter to him who closes the curtain on the show as long as he gets to play the game.
"My 'pros tip' if I could offer one would be this, being proficient with several different types of calls is a must, but location and set-up are paramount to being consistently successful," says Richard. "Its a whole lot easier to kill turkeys if you are where they want to be!"
