Tennessee is divided into three separate units for deer hunting: Unit A, Unit L and Unit B. The statewide buck limit is three, but no more than two of those bucks may come from Unit B. Otherwise, deer taken in one unit do not count towards the bag limit in a separate unit (i.e., if a hunter takes two antlerless deer during the Unit B archery season, he or she can continue to archery hunt in Unit A or Unit L). The following dates and bag limits are for the 2007-08 hunting seasons.
