Darrell Buchard, of Soddy Daisy, is pictured with his best turkey to date, killed on April 7, 2006. The bird sported an 11 inch beard with 1.25 inch spurs and weighed 20 pounds. Darrell shot the turkey at 35 yards with a 12 guage Mossberg 500-a, using a Stardot xx-full choke and #4 Remington Nitro Mags.
